ARE YOU TIRED?

SIT BY THE FIRE WITH ME

IF You're DONE WITH BURNING YOURSELF DOWN TRYING TO RUN AT AN INHUMAN PACE

i have been where you are now

As a former founder who burned down a successful business trying to barrel like a bull in a china shop through big life changes, I know what it's like to hit a wall (and feel paralyzed by uncertainty).

Now? I write by the fire in my coastal forest home, and I spend most of my time in the woods, doing work I deeply love, and helping others find their rhythm through life's inevitable transitions. But first, I had to learn that allowing your body to move at its own pace through change is a necessary first step to creating a sustainable future and building a career that doesn't drive you into panic mode.

Are you tired of being told to "embrace disruption" and "pivot" while your nervous system is screaming for stability?

As heart-led humans, we want something different. We want to move through change with intention, not panic. We want the wisdom to know when to push forward and when to rest. And the freedom to navigate transitions in a way that honors our unique needs without burning us down.

Otherwise, what are we doing this for?

Sit with me by the fire (via Zoom) in a tiny patch of forest on the Willapa River, and let's explore a different way to navigate change.

(Promise not to make you do trust falls.)

OUR NEXT TOPIC
How to move through change (without losing your mind).

You're tired, so let's keep this simple. This gathering? It's about stopping, for a moment, and being with change.

With yourself. With others. With the fire. With uncertainty, possibility and fear.

With everything you're simultaneously avoiding by clinging to what's familiar AND rushing through so fast you can't integrate the lessons you've learned.

Resistance and rushing are two sides of the same coin. One minute we've got one foot on the brake, terrified to move forward, the other slamming the gas, desperate to get through it quickly.

Trying to avoid the discomfort of change? It has taken you hostage.

Come escape this dance with me and reconnect with what it feels like to move at the pace of trust (not panic or paralysis).

Even when the future feels so vast and unknown, it takes your breath away.

Because being with the parts of you that want to embrace change, rather than resisting them, is the key to transformation.

And forcing yourself to barrel through transition at a pace you cannot possibly sustain is what's keeping you stuck.

Real presence with the full experience of change—the both/and of exciting possibility and terrifying uncertainty—is the first step toward the life you've been longing for but missing out on while you toggle between freezing up and racing ahead.

Learning to dance with change, in a way that feels possible for you (and your nervous system) is the straightest path to authentic growth.

  • The three zones of change and how to recognize when you've moved from growth into panic

  • Why rushing through transitions and resisting the natural pace of change leads to anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout

  • What your body is trying to tell you during times of change and how to create a unique safe space to return to

  • How the natural world becomes our teacher when we pause to observe its patterns of creation and destruction

  • Practical tools for moving at the pace of trust and making space for both the excitement and fear that come with change

We'll create space to…

  • Navigate change at a pace that honors your nervous system

  • Call on nature to help you process the uncertainty that lives in your body

  • Understand what your resistance to transition has to teach you

  • Meet your fear of the unknown with compassion and presence

  • Remember who you are beyond the need to control outcomes

  • A gentle practice for being with uncertainty without being overwhelmed by it

  • Ways to access nature's wisdom for staying grounded during transitions

  • Clear next steps for creating a life that dances with change rather than fights it

  • Connection to others who are navigating similar transitions

How the hour will go…

I'll open the gathering by sharing with you my experience of learning to move through change by watching the spinner spider outside my window, and how, as a certified nature recovery coach, I help others find their rhythm of creation and destruction through guided nature walks.

We'll end with a 20-minute group coaching session to help you identify your comfort, growth, and panic zones, and find your own path to moving through change with presence and trust.

Ready to discover what becomes possible when you are given sacred space to embrace change at your own pace so you can move forward into authentic growth?
